Acceptable Use Policy
Content standards, prohibited generation categories, fair-use rules, reporting and appeals for ImageToVideoFree.
Last updated: 2026-10-30
Effective date: October 30, 2026. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service for ImageToVideoFree, operated by Caogen. It applies to uploaded images, prompts, generated results and use of the service.
1. Use authorized material
Only submit material you have the right to use. Obtain permission for identifiable people where required, and respect privacy, copyright, trademarks and other rights. A paid subscription does not replace these permissions. Do not present a generated depiction as authentic evidence of something that did not happen.
2. Prohibited content and uses
Do not request, upload, generate or use the service to distribute any of the following:
- Pornography and sexual exploitation: sexually explicit imagery, pornographic videos, sexual exploitation or promotion of sexual abuse.
- Violence and gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture or killing; encouragement, threats or instructions for real-world violence; promotion of terrorism or violent extremism.
- Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanizing, threatening or encouraging discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child endangerment: any sexualized depiction or sexual exploitation of a person under 18 or appearing to be under 18, including AI-generated, fictional or altered material; grooming, trafficking or encouragement of abuse of children.
- Deceptive impersonation and non-consensual intimate content: intimate depictions without consent, sexual deepfakes, or impersonation intended to defraud, blackmail, harass or mislead. We do not offer face-swap or intimate-effect tools.
- Copyright and other rights violations: unauthorized use of protected works, likenesses, trademarks or private information; infringement, doxxing or evasion of lawful rights protections.
Illegal activity, scams, harassment and attempts to facilitate harm are also prohibited. These standards apply to both free and paid use and cannot be bypassed by claiming that content is fictional, private or for testing.
3. Fair access and system protection
Do not abuse free allowances, create coordinated accounts to evade limits, bypass safety checks or access controls, attack the service, scrape private results, distribute malware or interfere with other users. Use only authorized interfaces and do not hide prohibited requests through misleading instructions.
4. Safety checks and enforcement
Text prompts are checked through Waffo before a new generation is submitted. Model providers may also apply their own safeguards. We may review relevant information when investigating a report or abuse signal. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee that every prohibited image or output is detected; passing a scan does not authorize a policy violation.
Depending on the issue, we may warn users, reject generation, limit features or allowances, restrict access to affected material, or suspend or terminate accounts. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice to prevent harm. Necessary evidence may be preserved and serious suspected unlawful activity referred to competent authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law. Remedies and user responsibilities are further described in the Terms of Service.
5. Reports and appeals
Report suspected abuse, infringement or a mistaken restriction to [email protected]. Include the relevant task ID or page URL, the issue and your connection to it. Rights holders should identify the protected work and the disputed use. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM or other illegal imagery; provide identifiers and a description instead.
We assess reports and may request proportionate clarification. You may appeal a restriction through the same address with an explanation and relevant identifiers. Where lawful and practical, we explain the decision and review mistakes. Reports and supporting information are handled under our Privacy Policy.
